At Loomi HR, we value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. We collect limited data such as your first and last name, phone number, company name, email address, and optional company website when you fill out a form or engage our services. We also collect contract-related information like scope of services and duration of engagement.

This information is collected through secure forms powered by Wix and Fillout and is used only to contact you, create your client dashboard and login credentials, and provide the HR services you've requested. We do not use this information for marketing without consent and we never sell or share your data.

All data collected and managed by our services is securely stored using third-party platforms, including Wix, Fillout, Airtable, and Dropbox. Each of these providers maintains SOC 2 certification, demonstrating compliance with rigorous standards for data security, availability, and confidentiality. Data is protected through industry-standard encryption protocols both in transit and at rest. Access to stored data is strictly limited to authorized HR personnel and company owners, managed through robust authentication and permission controls to ensure the highest level of data privacy and security.

We do not store your data elsewhere, and we do not use it for any purposes beyond the delivery and management of your HR services.

Loomi HR complies with applicable privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA – Canada), and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.

You may contact us at any time at hello@loomihr.com to request access to your data, make corrections, or ask that your information be deleted.
